WE ARE HIRING
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Role: Ensures high customer satisfaction and handles all internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service channels and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise customer support teams and training.
• Develop communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain brand voice and handle public relations.
• Manage feedback collection and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and reputation management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma in Communication, preferably with experience in a business environment.
• At least two years of work experience.
• Demonstrate ability to coordinate a team.
• Can manage multiple social media and messaging platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn & WhatsApp.
• Proficient in handling many clients while ensuring excellent customer experience.
