Phoenix Capital Limited is looking for a highly skilled Head of Collections to lead our logbook lending portfolio. If you have a proven track record in the microfinance sector, this is your chance to make an impact.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years’ experience in collections within microfinance/logbook lending
✅ Ability to manage a KES 250M+ logbook portfolio with PAR < 5%
✅ Strong leadership skills – manage & mentor 15+ collection officers
✅ Expertise in collections strategy, performance management & recovery optimization
